This is a freelance position that offers the flexibility to work remotely, allowing you to manage your own schedule.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and analyze relevant project opportunities on various freelance platforms.
- Write compelling and professional bid proposals tailored to each project’s requirements.
- Effectively communicate with clients to understand their needs and provide suitable solutions.
- Showcase the company’s portfolio, expertise, and value proposition to win bids.
- Collaborate with the team to develop pricing strategies and prepare project estimates.
- Maintain a strong understanding of industry trends and market demands.
- Continuously monitor and respond to client feedback and inquiries promptly.
- Track and manage the bidding process, ensuring timely submission of proposals.
- Build and maintain professional relationships with clients and freelancers.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a successful Sales Executive on major freelance platforms like Upwork, Fiverr, Freelancer, and others.
- Strong understanding of the bidding process and how to craft winning proposals.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively communicate with clients and freelancers.
- Exceptional negotiation and persuasion skills to secure projects at favorable terms.
- Detail-oriented and highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple bids simultaneously.
- Familiarity with various project domains and the ability to tailor bids accordingly.
- Self-motivated and results-driven, with a passion for achieving targets and exceeding expectations.
- Knowledge of the digital services industry, including web development, graphic design, digital marketing, and related fields.
